Project 365 #84-Coconut Cake

An Easter tradition in Mrs Ducks Family, as well as mine. Though this one did turn out better then the last try by one of my other family members that will stay nameless. Lets just say it was as hard as a coconut too.

I hate to tell you that I love almost every kind of dessert on the planet -- except any kind that has coconut :(
